Nothing makes us prouder than being recognised for the high quality service we provide, which is why we’re delighted to announce that Vapoholic has received its Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2022.

Having achieved the Gold Trusted Service Award for 3 years running, we’re thrilled to have earned Feefo’s highest possible recognition – the Platinum Trusted Service Award.

To achieve the Gold Trusted Service Award, companies must have collected reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 during the previous calendar year. After we achieved that feat for 3 consecutive years, for our fourth year we’ve now received the prestigious Platinum Trusted Service award.

Since partnering with the third-party service this has been one of Vapoholic’s many goals, and Managing Director, Shahid Nazir, would like to thank Feefo – and of course our loyal customers – for this prestigious award.
