Over 18’s Age Verification

Why Is There an Age Verification?

It is prohibited to sell electronic cigarettes and any vapour product containing or capable of delivering nicotine to anybody under the age of 18. As a result, everyone placing an order with Vapoholic must be at least 18 years old.

So, in order to comply with this law, we must verify that all consumers are 18 or older.

To ensure that our customers are of legal purchasing age, we require them to confirm their age when creating an account or placing an order as a guest during checkout.

How Do You Verify My Age?

We currently use a self-declaration age verification when you place an order with us. However, every order is actively reviewed before dispatch. If we have reason to believe that you may be underage then you will be challenged and asked for further ID, such as a passport, driving license or credit card.

We will check that the card payments, name, email, and address all match to ensure no one is using an over 18 bank account to purchase orders from Vapoholic.

Unfortunately, if we are unable to safely verify your age, we will be unable to process your order.

Data Protection

Although we review orders before dispatch, your personal data is never logged or stored.
