General Terms

Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Please contact us if you would like to return your item(s).

Item(s) must be returned to us “unused” in their original, unopened condition and packaging within 14 days and we will issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item if preferred.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The items are your responsibility until they are received by us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and proof of delivery.

Vape Kits, Mods & Tanks Returns Policy

Vapoholic will accept returns for faulty non-disposable products within 28 days of your purchase. This applies once per purchase. If the replaced product then also becomes faulty, Vapoholic will then see this as a sign of misuse and no further replacements will be issued. Products which are deemed to be faulty due to misuse, incorrect maintenance or attempted modifications will not be replaced.

If your product is faulty on arrival, or becomes faulty within 28 days, you must return the item to our address below. Once the faulty product is received, we will test the item and confirm if it’s faulty or in working condition. We strongly recommend sending your faulty item by Tracked Delivery since if the item is lost in transit, we will not be able to send a replacement. If the item is faulty, we will refund the delivery costs. If the item is working, the customer will be liable for the return postage fees.

Replacement products will only be shipped to the original address. We cannot ship your replacement item to a new address. After 28 days have passed since your purchase, you will need to refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for replacements.

Vape Coil Returns Policy

Vapoholic has a “DOA” (Dead On Arrival) policy for disposable coils. If your new coils do not work or cause any issues within 48 hours of purchasing, we will replace the coils for free. No more than one (1) coil must be used from the pack, and the remaining coils in the pack must be returned. Upon receipt of the faulty coils we will test them to confirm.

If the coils are faulty, a replacement pack will be sent out. If more than one coil has been opened, or if more than 48 hours have passed since you received your order, we will not be able to send replacements. If the coils are not faulty, we will return them upon request at the expense of the customer.

Disposable Vapes Returns Policy

Disposable E-cigarettes are sold in sealed packs and are not covered by a warranty and are intended for instant use. If you believe your Disposable Vape is faulty, please return the disposable(s) to us within 7 working days from day of dispatch. We will inspect these devices for any prior use to detect any faults. Any faulty disposables reported after this time-frame cannot be returned and no refund/exchange will be given.

Refund and Replacement Limitations

The following circumstances will void the guarantee;

  1. Guarantee period is expired
  2. Damage caused by misuse or excessive force
  3. Damage caused by unauthorised disassembly or modification
  4. Damage caused by unforeseen circumstance or accident

E Liquid Returns Policy

E Liquids are a consumable and perishable product, as such they cannot be returned once they have been opened (the seal has been broken).

The following conditions must be met to be eligible for a full refund:

  1. The E Liquid has not been opened and the seal has not been broken
  2. You make your return request before 14 days after the order has been placed.

OR

  1. Your order has not yet been dispatched and hasn’t left our warehouse. Our dispatch time is 3pm therefore you must make your cancellation request before 2pm Monday-Friday. If you have made your order between Friday 4pm and Monday 2pm, the cancellation before dispatch request will be honoured. Please note we do not dispatch on Bank Holidays so your cancellation before dispatch request must be made before 2pm on the next working day.

Faulty E Liquid Returns Policy

If you find fault with your E Liquid, you must return it to us within 14 days of the purchase order. We will investigate the E Liquid internally to find any fault. If no fault is found we can return the E Liquid to you at your cost or dispose of the E Liquid without refund. If fault is found with the E Liquid, we can offer you a full refund, or send you replacements of equal value.

Damaged on Arrival E Liquid Returns Policy

If your E Liquid has been damaged in transit such as the bottle has leaked, or if eliquid is empty due to any of our courier services, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase order date.

E Liquid Returns on Preference Policy

Please note that E Liquid flavours are unique and each person will have different preferences. We cannot offer any refunds on the grounds of disliking the flavour. If you are unsure of your own personal preferences we offer 10ml zero nicotine samples for only £0.99 per bottle. You can find the sample options on the product page of each flavour.

If you wish to return your unopened and unused E Liquids, you must return them within 14 days of purchase for a refund. If you do not return the items within 14 days, we will be unable to process your refund.
