With our 10mg CBD gummies, when it comes to dosage it’s important to know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone is different and your tolerance can depend on a range of factors including weight, height, age, sensitivity etc.

Recommended daily intake is between 10-70mg, so we’d advise starting on 1-2 gummies per day and gradually upping your consumption until you’ve reached the optimum dosage.

The half-life of CBD in the body can range from about 1 hour to up to 5 days. Half-life is how long the body takes to eliminate half of the substance. Usually, the body will eliminate a drug within four to five half-lives

Drops and gummies can have a half-life of 1.4 to 10.9 hours. Chronic oral consumption of CBD products can increase its half-life to 2 to 5 days. So this means CBD may stay in the system for 10 to 25 days if you’re taking the product on a regular basis.
