We have three distinct Courier Service options, as well as a Click & Collect option. You have the option of using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or DPD as your preferred delivery courier.
We now dispatch 7 days a week excluding bank holidays.

*Our Cut off Monday to Friday is 2:30pm for DPD & 4:30pm for Royalmail. Saturday cut off is 11:30am for Royal Mail & 1:30pm for DPD. Only DPD is dispatched on Sunday the cut off is 1:30pm

Tracking Information

We like to keep you in the loop. This is why your parcel is tracked all the way through the order process. You will receive key updates on the progress of your order from accepting your order, picking and packing, and Royal Mail updates all the way to your front door.

Packaging Information

All orders are carefully packed in our warehouse using either protective cardboard, air cushions, foam or bubble wrap to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Packaging is plain with a return address on the outside to Vapoholic.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Most orders sent by express will arrive in 1-2 days. Second class will take 2-4 working days. If your order does not arrive within 10 working days (two weeks) after it was shipped we guarantee to send you out a replacement straight away. While we understand the frustration this may cause, we must wait 10 working days before we can declare a package as lost with Royal Mail. As such, we are simply unable to send any replacement packages until the 10th working day has passed.

As all our orders are tracked, you can keep an eye on its progress throughout the delivery process!

European Union Flag EU DELIVERY INFORMTATION

Worldwide Delivery Information

Orders over £100 will receive FREE International Shipping. We use Royal Mail International Shipping to offer International Tracked Delivery. Delivery times vary between countries so we’re unable to give estimated shipping times for any orders outside of Mainland UK. Please check your local import regulations for vape products before ordering as we cannot take responsibly for items seized or below destroyed by customs or any customs charges. Further, occasionally your items might incur further delays at customs whilst they complete their checks. In these instances we cannot fast-track the process, nor can we send a replacement.

Parcel Not Arrived? Taking Too Long?

In most instances orders arrive within the dates specified above, however due to reasons outside of our reasonable control, this can take longer. For domestic orders, please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive. If at this time your order has not arrived, we can look into your order with our dispatch courier and arrange either a refund or a replacement.

For international orders, please allow 40 working days for your order to arrive. If at this time your order has not arrived, we can look into your order with our domestic courier, and your international courier service and arrange either a refund or a replacement.

Your order is tracked, and is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived?

Please contact us and we will raise an enquiry with our courier service. You will be required to submit a missing parcel declaration, in which will be submitted to the courier service for fraud prevention measures.
