Due to hectic schedules, we recognise that some people find it challenging to be available for home deliveries. As a result, we have created a unique Click & Collect service for our local Manchester customers to pick up from, allowing you to select the option that works best for you.Â
We want to ensure that all of our customers have access to the products they need, at a time and place that fits them.
So, if you place an order online, it will be ready for pick-up at the Vapoholic Manchester vape shop an hour later, available from 9-5 Monday to Friday. Any orders outside of these times will be processed the next working day.Â

You can pick up your order at 25 Dalberg House, Dolphin Street, Ardwick, Manchester M12 6BN.
At the roundabout where the O2 Apollo is, take the exit towards Higher Ardwick and turn left onto Dolphin Street. We’re opposite the Nicholas Community Football Centre.Â
Head to the back door on Dolphin Street and ring the buzzer. After being allowed inside and providing your name and order number, a staff member will bring your order to you.

This is our unique way for our Manchester customers to quickly pick up their orders. Simply place your order online as you would normally. When you get to the checkout, select Click & Collect for the delivery option.Â
If you have placed your order between 9-5 Monday – Friday, your order will be processed, picked, packed and ready for collection an hour later. Outside of these hours, your order will be ready the next working day.
You will receive an email with your order number on it as soon as you have placed your order. To pick up the items you bought, you simply need to have your order number and name with you.
Please note that Challenge 25 will be implemented, and if you appear to be under 25, you will be questioned for your ID
Yes, they can. They just need the order number and the name of the recipient on the order.
After your order is processed, picked and packed it will be ready for collection an hour later. If you have ordered outside of these hours, your order will be ready the next working day.

Please Note: Click and Collection is only offered Monday through Friday at the Manchester Vapoholic vape shop. On weekends, we do not offer Click and Collect.
In order to use click & collect your delivery address must be within a 20 mile raduis of our warehouse located in M12 6BG.
Don’t worry we will keep you order safe for 7 days after your order. If you havent collected your order within 7 days we will try to contact you.
If you want your click and collect order delivered thats not a problem. Please call our customer service team to arrange this on 0161 660 9596. There may be additional charges for delivery.
