Poor product 0 people found this helpfulI ordered two refills, but both arrived leaking and were completely unusable. I contacted customer service expecting the issue to be resolved, but was told they couldn’t help because I hadn’t taken a photo before throwing the damaged items away. While I understand they may need evidence, the products were clearly unusable, and I had already disposed of them. Customer service expressed “good intentions” to resolve the issue, but unfortunately those intentions didn’t translate into any meaningful action. Overall, I was left out of pocket with no resolution, which was very disappointing.
