For most people, that works out at somewhere between one and two years of daily use, though heavy sub-ohm vaping at high wattage will wear a cell down faster than lighter use. Built-in batteries in pod kits tend to have a shorter practical lifespan, since you usually replace the whole device once the battery fades.

A removable cell in a dedicated dock charger typically takes two to four hours to fully charge, depending on the battery's capacity and the charger's output current. Charging the same battery through the mod itself, or through a basic USB port, generally takes longer, since onboard charging circuits are built for safety rather than speed. Multi-bay chargers with higher amp output can reduce that time when charging fewer cells at once.

Vape batteries vary by size, capacity and discharge rating, and those differences affect which device they're suited to. An 18650, 20700 and 21700 are all physically different sizes with different capacities, and even within the same size, mAh and amp ratings differ from one cell to the next. Built-in batteries aren't interchangeable with removable ones either, since they're fixed to a specific device and aren't sold as standalone components.
