Recommended usage: Vape as you usually would but instead hold the vapour in your lungs for slightly longer (up to 15 seconds) to help CBD intake. If you’ve never used CBD before, it may be helpful to start off with small quantities and see how you feel. The effects of CBD can sometimes be quite immediate but for some people, it might take longer.
