But I didn’t have any reason to worry as this tastes just like the gingerbread men I used to be given as a treat when I was little, proper stuff straight from the local bakery. It captures that chewy biscuit taste perfectly and then has the most delicate, fragrant taste of ginger; it is absolutely spot on.
