Recommended usage: Vape as you normally would but hold the vapour in your lungs for slightly longer (up to 15 seconds) to help CBD uptake. If you haven’t used CBD vape juice before, it may be helpful to start off with small quantities and see how you feel. The effects of CBD can sometimes be quite immediate but for some people, it can take longer.
