The role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the existing B2B team. This role will be solely focused on our FMCG sales, specialising in our vape-product brands.

As a sales manager, you will be responsible for introducing new strategies and sales techniques to ultimately increase sales revenue across the business. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating KPIs and supporting with training.

Essentials:

  • Experienced B2B sales
  • Experience in the FMCG sector
  • Team builder: Proven ability to build a high performing team
  • Gap analysis: Experience identifying new business needs and examples of implementing this effectively
  • Drive results-driven data: able to analyse metrics to create KPIs
  • Ability to train on sales techniques such as objection handling and how to manage a CRM.
  • Able to trends and provide new ideas to benefit the whole team.
